BANcongwane Incorporated (“the Company”) also known as BAN Inc has a 100% black women shareholding and was founded in 2018 with the sole intention of developing business solutions and providing integrated employee health and wellness services (psycho-social therapy and counselling services), training and development, occupational therapy services, and consulting services to local government, government departments, parastatals and private companies to meet their daily human resource and logistical operational needs.
BAN Inc has as such identified employee health and wellness (psycho-social therapy and counselling services), training and development, lifestyle management skills, occupational therapy services, coaching and consulting services, as a requisite tool in the development and management of organizations. BAN Inc unequivocally regards the mentioned services as human resources development skill, which requires pre-emptive intervention.
BAN INC has already established a client base within the North West and Free State provinces and on small scale in other provinces and since its establishment the company has grown from strength to strength. This has been reached through commitment, passion for our work, perseverance and customer focus. We intend to expand our company services to other provinces in South Africa.
